Do I need to go to an Intro Fit Session before I take a bootcamp class?
What if I’m not physically fit?
That’s why we’re here. People of widely varying abilities and fitness levels regularly attend Fulcrum Bootcamp and achieve incredible results. In fact, we pride ourselves in our ability to “scale” workouts to fit a large spectrum of fitness levels. There are few things more gratifying to our Fitpros than watching members progress in fitness level. Read our success stories HERE. Back to top
What’s a Fulcrum Fitpro?
Fulcrum Fitpro’s are people who are enthusiastic about fitness and helping others, who have demonstrated the ability and tenacity to graduate from our rigorous Fitpro training program, Fulcrum Essentials 1. Most importantly, they have demonstrated that they are deserving of the right to be teachers to and stewards of our members, responsible for the fitness improvement and positive, meaningful experience of each and every member they teach, every class, every day. If you can’t tell, we are extremely proud of our staff and are sure you will be too. Back to top
What if I’m too busy and I don’t have time to come?
Professionally speaking…after working with THOUSANDS of clients over the years we have found that “I don’t have time” really means “I’d like to procrastinate a little longer.” The truth of the matter is that you can make time if you really want to change the way you look and feel. Ask yourself this: am I finally ready? Back to top
O.k., you make a good point….what do I need to bring?
A FRIEND! … and your sense of adventure! [OUTDOOR WORKOUTS need a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat, optional kettlebell, and a water bottle]. We provide all the expert coaching, motivation and accountability you need. Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. Don’t eat a large meal right beforehand, but a hearty snack like peanut butter toast or an energy bar about a half an hour before class is perfect. We don’t want you to get light headed during your fun and energizing workouts! Back to top
What can I expect to achieve?
Fulcrum Bootcamp workouts are designed to shred fat while building strength and ability. You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming stronger, fitter, and toned. On average you’ll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress or pant sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30-60 days until you achieve your goal. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and “bloat” and increase confidence. Back to top
How is this different from the local health club?
Fulcrum Essential Bootcamp is a fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Unlike a traditional health club, you won’t encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and bulky, complicated equipment. You will always have an instructor-led class so you know you’re getting the best possible workout designed by a professional who can give you personal attention. And best of all we are the ONLY fitness and weight loss program in the area to offer a “see results or get your money back” guarantee! Back to top
How often should I attend?
The bootcamps run five days week, Monday – Friday and some Saturdays see schedule HERE. We suggest that you attend five days a week, but you can still achieve incredible results if you attend at least three days per week. Back to top
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first week. After that point, it should be little to moderate and healthy. Most people find it’s a part of the process that lets you know you are improving! Back to top
What is a typical day like at camp?
In one word? FUN! You don’t have to think! However, since each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and give you maximum results in minimum time, it’s difficult to describe a “typical day.” You can expect some light running, kettlebells, resistance training, obstacle courses, core, body weight, and team training. On wild card days, you will hike, crawl, lunge, and have a fun time while burning a ton of fat and meeting new people. It’s always an adventure! Back to top
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. “visual improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dress or pant sizes within the first 30 days. Back to top
Do Fulcrum Bootcamps ever end?
