The Fulcrum Low Back Fitness Program is designed from the ground up for people who have concluded physical therapy and/or are out of the “acute” phase of a lower back episode. For over eleven years, Fulcrum’s David Levy has worked alongside several local chiropractors and physical therapists in a post-rehab role. He has built the Fulcrum Low Back Fitness Program through those experiences, and through extensive training and workshops on the topic of lower back health, stability, and fitness.
