Our boot camps are high-energy, group workouts built on a thoughtful and systematic training system we call the Matrix. Our Matrix Boot Camp classes are designed to help everyone, regardless of fitness level, reach maximum fitness results in a minimum amount of time.
Session 1 is where we find out how to best work with you. You’ll meet with one of our fitness experts to discuss your goals, check your fitness level, and take an introductory Fulcrum workout so you have all the tools you need to jump right into your first week of boot camp. Give yourself a full hour for this session.
In this private half hour session, you’ll work with a Fulcrum FitPro to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your boot camp sessions. We'll discuss proper form, revisit your fitness goals, and work through any problem areas you might be facing.
Tracking your progress is one of the most important parts of obtaining any fitness goal. In session #3, we’ll compare your old body to the new you so you can see just how far you’ve come. We'll also discuss what next steps you'll need to take to keep up your new healthy lifestyle.
