Get ready for the best workouts of your life! In order for you to get maximum results in the fastest and safest way possible, there are a few things you need to know before you get started:

  • Please wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes.
  • Our facility has water fountains but most clients prefer to bring their own water bottle and a small sweat towel. You don’t need any other equipment to get started!
  • Have injuries or limitations? Please be sure to notify your trainer BEFORE your first workout!
  • Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early on your first day so that you can fill out our liability release form and get any questions answered as well as inform the trainer of any injuries or limitations. For your own safety, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your first workout you will NOT be able to workout that day.

Now that all that's out of the way, let's get started!

1 MONTH UNLIMITED BOOT CAMP

Our boot camps are high-energy, group workouts built on a thoughtful and systematic training system we call the Matrix. Our Matrix Boot Camp classes are designed to help everyone, regardless of fitness level, reach maximum fitness results in a minimum amount of time.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION 1: BODY DIAGNOSTIC

Session 1 is where we find out how to best work with you. You’ll meet with one of our fitness experts to discuss your goals, check your fitness level, and take an introductory Fulcrum workout so you have all the tools you need to jump right into your first week of boot camp. Give yourself a full hour for this session.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION 2:

Depending on your needs, you will either meet privately with a fitpro, or you'll work in a small group to ensure that you’re getting exactly what you need to keep moving forward with your goals. Either way, we'll discuss proper form, revisit your fitness goals, and work through any problem areas you might be facing.

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION 3:

Tracking your progress is one of the most important parts of obtaining any fitness goal. Session 3 takes about 15 minutes. We’ll compare your old body to the new you so you can see just how far you’ve come. We'll also discuss what next steps you'll need to take to keep up your new healthy lifestyle.
