Cristi Nicholson; BA, MA, Certified Health Educator and Holistic Health Coach

Cristi’s passion is coaching clients to learn and implement the knowledge they need to create total wellbeing in their own lives. She draws on cutting edge information on nutrition and lifestyle and her own experience in healing her body. She will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

In addition to her bachelors, masters and doctoral study in Education and Educational Leadership, Cristi’s study with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), in Manhattan, NYC certified her as a Holistic Health Coach, where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. At IIN she studied with experts at the forefront of wellness. A few of her distinguished teachers were Deepak Chopra, world leader in the field of mind-body medicine and Andrew Weil MD, a Harvard Medical School graduate and best-selling author devoted to integrative medicine. Cristi received further certification as a Health Educator by attending the prestigious Health Educator Program at Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida. There, she learned the power of the body to heal itself through a thorough cleanse of toxins from your body and adoption of a Living Foods Lifestyle, including the powerful healer Wheatgrass.

As a professional educator, Cristi understands the power of research and knowledge. Her research and study has led her to develop All Will Be Well.com, her Health Coaching Practice in Portland, Oregon where her clients receive a PERSONALIZED and more Holistic Approach to Health and Wellness.
