Intro Class: Required Before First Class
Because we care about your safety, and we want you to get the maximum benefit from your trial membership, we require every new member to attend an Intro Class before gaining clearance from one of our Fitpros to attend any of our Bootcamp classes.

FAQs
I bought a deal, can I still get the free week?
- No. It’s not possible to combine the LivingSocial deal or any other deal with the free week. You can either receive the free week or redeem your deal, but not both. The LivingSocial membership is a one-time per person trial membership for new members. It does not include the full membership benefits of member discounts for workshops.
- We now have a great new offer for LivingSocial clients. It’s an extension discount on your Living Social that allows you to remain at $124 for 1 year from your start date . You are automatically qualified for it, and you can cancel anytime before your Living Social deal has expired. Once you are in the full membership (at $124, etc.) our membership cancellation policies will be in effect.
- It’s the main reason that we keep your billing info in our system. The late cancel fee is $10, to help folks stay committed. We’ve rarely ever charged it, so clearly it’s effective. It helps with class planning, and more importantly, keeps the class sizes to 20! Be sure to cancel within 6 hrs, and/or don’t make a habit of canceling late, and you should be fine.
- Just bring it with you to the Intro Class, along with your New Member Packet
- The Intro Class is a complimentary one-hour session for newcomers that gives our training staff the opportunity to give you the attention you deserve and show some basics of class. Your offer will begin following your first class. The Intro Class is mandatory because it’s for your own good, trust us! You’ll love your first bootcamp class that much more. - Our online billing system saves us a lot in administrative work and allows us to give our members better than market rate memberships as a result. If you still want to pay by check, you will be required to pay a small processing fee.
- The Intro Class is something we offer completely complementary to our new members and prospective members. Your offer will begin following your first class.
- Our online billing system saves us a lot in administrative work and allows us to give our members better than market rate memberships as a result. You get a better deal by going through our autopay system. Therefore, paying by check is not encouraged because it will end up costing you more to cover our administrative costs (manually entering checks in our system, bank deposits, etc.) It is still an option, but because of the extra administrative tasks on our end, you will be required to pay a small processing fee. If you’d like to prepay with debit or credit, that works, too. The processing fee for is only for checks.
- Great! You’ll need to setup your account online first. Be sure to have your billing information in there, it doesn’t charge you, but we basically have to “sell” you a $0 membership in our system. Your account will allow you to sign up for an Intro Class. You have to go to the Intro Class first before attending a bootcamp. In this class, you will learn about setting up your new membership.
- livingsocial@fulcrumfitness.com Your email will be responded to within no less than 24 hrs and we’ll get your issue fixed. In the mean time, just show up for the Intro Class first and tell your Fitpro you are waiting on customer service to fix your account.
- Expect to be coached. Personal trainers are here to assist you, motivate you, and sometimes correct you, which maximizes benefits and prevents injury. Expect to be pretty sore at first. This will subside with consistency and as your conditioning improves. You’ll end up working a lot harder here than working out on your own at a traditional gym, and getting great results! We’re always here to answer questions or modify movements to suit your needs.
