We start with a half-hour phone consultation to discuss your personal fitness goals and exercise history. We’ll…

  • Talk about your goals and motivations.

  • Review your medical, exercise, and health history.

  • Answer any questions you might have and share how we train at Fulcrum!

THEN MOVE!

 

On our phone chat we’ll also book a half-hour in-person movement assessment. This is chance for you to meet with a trainer one on one! During your in-person meeting we’ll…

  • Move through a functional movement screening (FMS) to assess natural movement patterns.

  • Give you a tour of the gym!

  • Talk about some movement patterns you’ll see in class.

  • What to bring: Comfortable athletic attire, a water bottle and a ready and willing attitude.

ACCOUNTABILITY

We know that building healthy habits can be hard. Whether it’s tracking your output through our Myzone Heart Rate monitoring system, or meeting face-to-face in a “Progress Check” sessions included with your membership, our highly trained Fitness Coaches are here for you every step of the way to help you reach your goals. We’re the only gym that will call and text you if you stop coming to workout often enough.

COMMUNITY

We love the neighborhoods our gyms are in and are proud to be a reflection of where we are. Many of our members live close by and use the gym to get to know their neighbors and make new friends. It’s not uncommon to see Fulcrum members grabbing a beer after an intense workout, going on a group Hike on a summer Saturday, or competing in an obstacle race together. Come meet your new FitFam.
