At Fulcrum we provide personalized training. Choose from three different training types (or mix em up), all focused on Fun, Functional Fitness.
OUR THREE TYPES OF TRAINING
1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Work with a Fitpro 1-1 for a completely customized fitness plan. Personal training is perfect if you are brand new to the gym, have a specific goal, or are working with injuries.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Get the attention of personal training with the energy of being in a group! Small Group sessions max at 4 clients per session and work around the main barbell lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift).
TEAM TRAINING
Get fit and have fun in our high energy team sessions! Team training has up to 20 clients per session. You can expect a mix of strength and conditioning using free weights, resistance bands and more.

Both our Small Group and Team sessions follow our signature Matrix Training System. Combined, the system works every muscle in different ways. And it’s adjustable in real-time, so your Fitpro can provide adjustments for your levels of strength, endurance, and flexibility—right there in session.
Think of the Matrix as a workout menu that alternates focuses throughout the week. with:

It’s a pretty in-depth system, and you can go as deep as you’d like. But if you just want to show up and get a great workout, no matter what day of the week, the Matrix ensures you’ll get just that.

We’ll challenge you—in a good way. Our workouts are designed to hit a level of intensity that incentivizes your body to change, safely.
DYNAMIC
Each training session workout is designed personally by one of our FitPros. They’re always coming up with new movements, formats and combinations. You will not get bored.
EFFICIENT
There are no schedules to memorize, no hardcore routines you have to stick to. When you show up, you know you’ll be getting a good workout, head to toe. It’s that simple.
