How do I sign up?

Brand new to Fulcrum? Book a free phone consult with one of our fit pros to get started!

Existing members can book on the member’s page or by downloading the zen planner app.

Are you a Crossfit gym?

No. Fulcrum is a safe and sustainable alternative to Crossfit that uses many of the same types of equipment.  Fulcrum training is approached more like a Yoga practice, whereas Crossfit is a sport.

Do you have trial memberships?

We have a variety of trial options to meet every new client exactly where they are at. Review our options here.

Where are Fulcrum gyms located?

We have two conveniently located gyms on NE MLK and SE Hawthorne. View our Locations page to learn more.

What is a Foundations session?

A half-hour personal assessment with a Fulcrum trainer to set your goals, reduce the risk of injury, and ensure you're practicing proper form in class from day one. The Fitness Consult session includes the following:

  • Medical history and health history review

  • Goal assessment and setting

  • Fitness assessment and measurements

  • Introduction to functional movement

Do you offer Personal Training?

Fulcrum offers two types of personal training: one-on-one training by appointment for people with very specialized considerations (injury recovery, health issues, sports performance training, etc.) and Small Group training- which is a more affordable option that works for the majority of needs.

What should I wear to Fulcrum?

Please wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes.

Do you offer open-gym hours?

 We have offered open gym in the past, but we have so many scheduled team and small group sessions on the schedule that members prefer to work out with a trainer

What should I bring with me?

Please bring your own water bottle or you may purchase one here. Most clients also prefer to bring a small sweat towel. You don’t need any other equipment to get started!

Do I arrive early to my fitness consultation?

Nope! You'll fill out our liability waiver online before your fitness consultation, so all you need to do is show up on time. Please note that if you arrive five or more minutes late to your first appointment, you may need to reschedule your Fitness Consult session.

When are Small Group Training sessions?

You’ll schedule your small group sessions with your trainer at Fulcrum after your Fitness Consult session.

When are the Team Training sessions?

I need to update the status of my membership. Who do I talk to?

Easy! For a membership adjustment or pause just email us at customer service. To cancel your membership, please complete this form at least 30 days before your next bill date. All cancellation or suspension requests must be within the terms of the member contract.

Holds up to a month at a time are complimentary.  Any non-medical holds longer than a month are billed at $15/month.

Note: All membership suspension and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) 30 days prior to your next bill date. You can review all membership terms here.

How do I access my account/member profile?

The best way to access your account is through Zenplanner. Easily browse the class schedule and reserve your spot. Just click on the links below.
