Eric Plevin
Training with a strong emphasis on sustainability and balance, Eric helps people rewire how they move — correctly and in ways that will support them for the rest of their lives. Incorporating agility, circuit training, heart rate training, pilates, strength, mobility, flexibility, and dynamic athletic movement. Adapting to all ages and fitness levels while being sensitive to previous injuries and individual histories.

Walt Frazier
Walt joined the fitness industry to spread the positive impact that fitness can have on people's lives. For him, working out is therapy — and he wants every hour at Fulcrum to be the best hour of your day.

Ian Rubin
Ian is the architect behind Fulcrum's Return to Fitness program and the creator of Food Story — our approach to nourishment that goes beyond macros to understand your relationship with food. With dual Master Coach specializations in biomechanics and health coaching, he brings a rare combination of movement science expertise and behavioral change methodology. His biggest goal: that every client leaves feeling better than when they arrived.

Roseanna Meuser
Roseanna helps clients feel more at home in their bodies, build strength, and recover from injuries. With over 20 years in massage therapy, wellness coaching, and holistic health, she brings a thoughtful, body-aware approach to training — perfect for anyone returning to fitness or looking to move with less pain and more confidence.

RJ Brunoff
RJ's focus goes beyond the physical. His goal is to help every client not only hit their fitness targets but build a healthy, sustainable mindset around training and about themselves. Results that last because the thinking behind them changed.

A lifelong athlete with fitness ingrained into every part of her life, Squid has learned as much from training as she's put into it. She coaches to share that knowledge — making what she's figured out through years of practice accessible to everyone she works with.

Jay Butts
Jay came to coaching with a clear conviction: access to movement and preventive health shouldn't depend on where you grew up or what resources you had. A psychology background combined with NASM specializations in corrective exercise and flexibility means every session is as much about understanding the person as it is about the workout. The approach: learn to listen to your body, understand what it's telling you, and build a movement practice that actually fits your life.

Zei found a path into coaching through personal transformation — working out of a depressive episode in college, near 300 pounds, by discovering that movement is medicine for the body and the mind. That experience shaped a conviction that runs through every session: there's no type of person who belongs in only one type of workout. The goal is to find each client a form of movement that's genuinely theirs — sustainable, empowering, and built to last.
