What you'll train

Every session is built around fundamental movement patterns. Your coach meets you at your level — bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, or barbell — and progresses you when you're ready.

Squat Patterns

From glute bridges to goblet squats to barbell back squats. You build lower-body strength through a progression that matches your body and experience — not someone else's timeline.

Press Patterns

Horizontal and vertical pressing — push-ups, dumbbell presses, landmine work, all the way to bench and overhead press. Your coach finds the right variation for where you are today.

Hinge Patterns

Hip hinges, Romanian deadlifts, conventional deadlifts, and single-leg variations. You learn the mechanics first, then add load. The barbell is a destination, not a starting point.

Pull Patterns

TRX rows, lat pulldowns, bent-over rows, and pull-up progressions. Upper-back strength that supports everything else you do — built through a path that works for your body.

How it works

Every session has two working blocks, each built around a primary movement pattern. Your coach checks in at the start to see where you are that day — energy, recent sessions, any concerns — and helps you choose the right variation and intensity.

The program follows a structured periodization, alternating between heavier and lighter months so your body gets the variety it needs to keep adapting. Some sessions focus on pure strength work. Others include HIIT blocks or full-body benchmark workouts that let you measure your own progress over time.

This isn't a class where the instructor demonstrates something and wanders off. Four people means real coaching. You get cued, corrected, and encouraged in real time. Your coach knows your working weights, your movement history, and what you need to focus on next.

Sessions start at $30 each. Some people are here to master the barbell lifts. Others want a training environment that's more personal than a team class. Both are exactly what this is for.
