We build independence, not dependency.

Most trainers want you locked into sessions forever. We think the goal of personal training is to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to own your fitness long-term. Some clients stay in 1-on-1 for years because their needs require it. Others build their foundation and transition to coached group training at a fraction of the cost. Either path is a success.

Whatever your path looks like, your coach knows your name, understands your body, and adapts your programming as you grow. That relationship doesn't end when you leave a 1-on-1 session.

Most new clients start with Experience Plus ($197) — a two-week intro that includes team training, small group sessions, and two personal coaching sessions to assess your movement and build your roadmap.
