hiking, fishing, long road trips, sleeping
What inspired you to get involved in health as a personal trainer?
I've always been and athlete, its pretty much ingrained into my lifestyle. I enjoy fitness, I've learned a lot through fitness and I want to be able to share my knowledge.
What is your biggest goal with your client as their trainer?
To be able to inspire, encourage, and empower my clients to reach their goals.
