ANGIE BLAKE

My name is Angie Blake.  Since earning my Certification in Personal Training with NASM eight years ago, I have enjoyed teaching group fitness classes, training highschool sports teams and working with people one on one to improve their strength and fitness.  The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the changes and growth in the individuals I work with and cheering them on along the way!  I specialize in strength training, general fitness, sports performance and helping people stay active and healthy as they age. Whatever your fitness level and goals, I am here to support your journey!

When I’m not kicking booty in the gym, I enjoy time with my big family, taking my doodles to the dog park and snuggling with my cat, Marvin.  I am brand new to Portland so I’m also having fun exploring this very interesting and “weird” city!
