    • You don’t have to be on a team currently, or even been on one in the past. Start your training arc here!

    • Rising athletes is for all athletic sports

    • Whether it be team or individual, all athletes can improve their skills through functional strength training

    1. Warmup

    2. Circuits & drills focused on specific skill areas (power, speed, agility, etc.) with coach demos and instruction

    3. Cooldown & stretching

    • Every Thursday from 6:30pm-7:30pm

    • Join at any time—every session is unique, and don’t need to be taken in sequence

    • $165/month (4 sessions)
