Matrix Update: Focus Moves in Team Strength

We all know and love the Matrix Training split. Over the years it has grown and evolved into what you see today. We are excited to announce the start to a new evolution: Focus Moves in Team Strength.

We are always listening to what you have to say, through reviews, surveys, and just chatting in the gym. One very common theme we’ve heard is the growing desire for more consistency in the Team Training program. An opportunity to progress in a tangible way over the course of weeks or months, much like our Small Group Training. Sounds simple, but providing this for a group of up to  20 needs some creativity. 

Our new Wellness Director Walt, along with the entire Fitpro team, have discussed, brainstormed, and tested many ideas. And we are beyond excited to share the first step in the most recent Matrix evolution with you today.

Team Training Strength Focus Moves

Each month you will have 4-5 movements assigned to the corresponding strength day (push, pull, upper, lower, and full body). You will still get variety in the format of each session, along with seeing this strength move in every session. This consistency and repetition will allow you the opportunity to see and feel more strength progress.

Full Body Conditioning

Spring time means the transition from Full Body Strength, to Full Body Conditioning on the Matrix. Looks for this update in the april Matrix.

Beta Testing
