Step 1: Fill out our waiver
Thank you for becoming a member of the Fulcrum Fitness family! The first step in becoming a Fulcrum member is to fill out our standard liability waiver. The waiver takes just a few minutes to complete and includes important information you need to know before beginning your fitness plan. You will be automatically redirected back to our site after you've completed the waiver.
Step 2: Schedule your Body Diagnostic session.
Now that you've completed the liability waiver it's time for your Body Diagnostic session. During this one-hour consultation you'll meet with a Fulcrum trainer to set your fitness goals, discuss your fitness and nutrition plan, and ensure you're using proper form. Make sure to show up 5-10 minutes early and wear comfortable workout clothes.
Step 3: Get ready to get fit!
You've completed our standard liability waiver, scheduled your Body Diagnostic session, and are ready to get started. Here is some basic info you should know before coming in:
What should I wear to Fulcrum?
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes.
What should I bring with me?
Please bring your own water bottle or you may purchase one here. Most clients also prefer to bring a small sweat towel. You don’t need any other equipment to get started!
Do I arrive early to my first appointment?
Nope! You'll fill out our liability waiver online before your first session, so all you need to do is show up on time. Please note that if you arrive five or more minutes late to your first appointment, you may need to reschedule your Body Diagnostic session.
