Coach Ian Rubin: Creator of the Food Story Coaching Method 6:30pm 11/12 at Hawth. Live stream.
Cut through the confusion of conflicting nutrition advice and discover a clearer path to lasting dietary change. In this enlightening workshop, Fulcrum combines evidence-based nutrition science with our innovative coaching approach to help you understand not just what to eat – but how to make sustainable changes that work for your life.
The first half demystifies core nutrition principles, translating complex science into practical knowledge you can actually use. No fad diets or quick fixes – just clear, actionable insights.
Then, using the proven Food Story method, we'll explore how your personal background and cultural influences shape your relationship with food. Understanding these elements is key to creating lasting positive changes.=
Fundamentals of Recovery: How to use what when.
Do you ever wonder how much you should stretch? Or when you should foam roll for best results? Would massage or adjustment be in order? Dr. Tim and the Fulcrum Recovery partners will translate the latest research into actions you can apply right now and familiarize you with the services available to you as arrows in your integrated fitness quiver.
