What is your favorite part about being a personal trainer?

I LOVE getting to see people surprise themselves, and seeing them have fun exploring different feelings and experiences through movement!

What are your favorite personal activities and hobbies?

Movement is definitely one of my main hobbies; jogging, yoga, strength. I also love music, food, comedy and stories of all kinds.

What inspired you to get involved in health as a personal trainer?

Movement feels like one of the most powerful tools to me to get through all the tough bits and changes in life. I love the idea of more people having access to this tool, and learning how to approach it in a way that feels most useful for them.

What is your biggest goal with your client as their trainer?

I want to help them build a strong and endless relationship with movement, learning how to work with their mind and body. I also want them to have fun, and have moments of feeling curious and excited like again during training!

What is your education history?

I ran track and cross country in college, and then coached middle school and high school for a few years. I went to school for massage therapy, and have a CPT.
