At Fulcrum, our FitPro trainers bring the Matrix to life, transforming every workout into a personally tailored session for you. They focus on education, improving your form, and preventing injury so you can reach your optimal fitness.
Recruited from the ranks of the best trainers in Portland, they are required to go through months of additional in-house education on both the Matrix and our unique approach to meeting the needs of every client no matter where they are in their personal fitness journey.
They have a direct role in designing each workout and have a personal stake in each client’s success, whether it’s your first session or helping you get ready to meet a personal fitness goal. Beyond putting you through the paces of every session, FitPros are empathetic and engaging educators whose goal it is to help you create a lifelong path to sustainable fitness.

I've always been and athlete, its pretty much ingrained into my lifestyle. I enjoy fitness, I've learned a lot through fitness and I want to be able to share my knowledge.
With a fitness background that spans over 20 years, I have trained clients at every level of fitness from people dealing with the internal challenges of chemotherapy recovery to mountaineers and wild land firefighters preparing for the toughest outdoor challenges the world has to offer. In a few words, I'm tough, but accommodating.
I train with a strong emphasis on sustainability and balance, helping people rewire their brains in how to move correctly and in ways that will support them being able to exercise for the rest of their lives. Incorporating agility, circuit training, heart rate training, pilates, strength, mobility, flexibility, and dynamic athletic movement. Adapting to all ages and fitness levels, while being aware and sensitive to people's previous injuries, mobility, and potential trauma they have had in relation to movement.
I joined the fitness industry to spread the positive impact that fitness can have on people's lives. Working out for me is my therapy and i know it's the same for many others, so I want that hour to be the best hour the day!
