Gym Updates Starting 4/30

Hey Fitfam,

It was recently announced that Multnomah county is moving from high to extreme risk. We are responding accordingly with the following adjustments. We’re also asking for your help in a few areas to keep sessions running smoothly.

Hawthorne

Thanks to our outdoor platform (and those who helped fund and build it) class capacity will not change at Hawthorne, weather allowing.

✓ Please note sessions will be fully outside, so come early to save a spot on the platform. We can have two clients working out indoors, so come extra early if you’d prefer that.

✓ Classes before 7 am will be BYOMusic in an effort to be a good neighbor. Please bring headphones and pick out your fav playlist to keep you motivated!

Don’t forget we gotta keep 6ft of distance outside, 25 ft inside

NE MLK

We will have a few more adjustments to make at MLK since this location is fully indoors.

✓ All TEAM classes are moving to Grant Park. Large and mini bands will be provided - please bring a yoga mat.

✓ All SMALL GROUP classes will remain inside at MLK utilizing both rooms to maintain the required 25ft of social distancing.

✓ Some class times have been slightly adjusted to allow for trainer commute time between Grant Park and MLK.

✓ 9:30 AM TEAM TRAINING will be live-streamed only (no in-person option)

Why not Irving Park?

We’ve decided to move to Grant Park based on prior experience and attendance. While Irving Park is the closest park to MLK we did have some issues with its business and cleanliness. Grant Park offers a large, clean, and covered space that we think will provide the best outdoor workout experience!

Let’s take it outside!

NE MLK SCHEDULE

We’re excited that we can continue to offer kickass workouts with minor adjustments. We hope that these changes will only be in effect for three weeks as stated, however, we will keep you updated as we learn more.

If you have any questions, comments, or feedback please feel free to reach out.

Best,

The Fulcrum Team
